Throughout your system, web pages called "Detail Pages" give the most comprehensive look at one specific party, item, or transaction. Below are the types of detail pages you may find in Stone Profits.
The Product Detail page below exemplifies a typical detail page. All information entered for the party/item/transaction when it was originally created will be present on the detail page. You will also have a box which lists other system-related information regarding that party/item/transaction, such as the available inventory of a product or the receivable balance of a customer. Lastly, tabs are included across the bottom of detail pages which contain various lists and information regarding that party/item/transaction.
Most detail pages include 4 basic buttons on the top-right:
- Print: all available prints for the detail page will be listed after clicking the print icon. Some pages will have more prints available than others.
- Edit: the edit "pencil" allows you to edit all the basic information listed on a detail page.
- Action: clicking the arrow icon will show you all other "actions" you can perform to the party/item/transaction.
- Reports: shows analytical reports relative to the party/item/transaction. Example: Job Costing Report on a Sale Order
