COMPANY SETTINGS

  1. Company Profile: Basic company information including address and company name as it appears on SPS are here.
  2. Business Process Options: Names for different components of the system are set up here. For example, you can change the term "quote" in your system to "estimate" by changing it here. 
  3. Currencies: The currency and exchange rate used in your business are listed here.
  4. Counties: 
  5. Countries: Those who order material from other countries can add them here and set an average lead time for inventory receipt. 
  6. Department: Employee departments are added and listed here. These can be assigned to users when they are created. 
  7. Languages: 
  8. Policies on Print Forms: Set up your headers, footers, and terms/conditions for all print form here (i.e. SOs, Quotes, Invoices, etc.).
  9. Default Email Content: The default subject and body of emails accompanying survey emails is created here.
  10. Transaction Starting Numbers: The numbers designated here will be the starting point for the system-generated reference number of each transaction. Each 
  11. Party Starting Codes: Customers are assigned system-generated codes for reference which you can choose the starting point 
  12. CRM Event Types: When creating CRM events, you have the option to choose a type in a dropdown. This list populates that dropdown with options.

  15. Nature of Problems: 
  16. Bin Types: To classify bins by types, add the desired types here (i.e. "Slab Bin", "Tile Bin", "Office", etc.).
  17. Location Zones: Companies with multiple locations using one system may want to add zones for groups of locations (i.e. north, south, west)
