CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MODULE

Picture
The "CRM" tab within various pages in Stone Profits is an integral part of the overall sales generation and customer relationship management component of the system. It can be used to schedule events/reminders for yourself and others with links to the party (customer/vendor/supplier) and transaction. The CRM tab is commonly used as a tool for scheduling follow-up calls or adding tasks to other employees.
WHERE IS THE CRM TAB?
  1. Party & Item Detail Pages - Products, Services, Customers, Suppliers, Vendors, Associates
  2. Transaction Detail Pages- Visits, Sample Orders, Quotes, Holds, Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchases, Supplier Invoice/Packing Lists (SIPL), Transfers
Creating a CRM Event in any of these pages will link that page to the event, allowing for easy access back to that page for reference. You also have the ability to link multiple pages into one event.
