If a customer wants to compare pricing between multiple products before selecting one, you can provide them with option pricing instead of creating multiple quotes for the one customer. The addition of option pricing is initiated from the "OP" button on item lines on the Quote Detail Page.
Clicking the "OP" Option Pricing button will open a pop-up box for product searching. Use the Name search or category selection dropdowns to find the desired options, then use the checkboxes to the right of the products to add them as options. Click "Save" to finalize the products as options on the order.
Options are listed under the originally selected product. The amount more or less each option would in price comparatively to the total price of the originally selected product is displayed for the customer. To provide the customer with a printout of all options and prices, select the "Print Quote with all Options" when printing. Select "Print Quote with Options" to print a quote with pricing of only one of the options.
